Challenge #4 Winter Blues!

Hey there!! Time to start a new Challenge here at Just punch it! I have chosen the theme of Winter Blues. Now, this could be the cold dark winter days, using winter blue colors, drinking hot chocolate. Pretty much anything you interpret to be the Winter Blues! Here is what I have created:
The mittens were made with the Stampin Up mitten builder punch, and the hat was made with the 1 3/8" circle punch and the scalloped oval punch. The patterned paper I used is from the Keepin' Cozy 6x6 pad from Echo Park, which is also the prize this time around!!!

OK, so now it's time for our winners!!! The grand prize winner is Deanne!!!
And the other two players, Emily and CraftyGirl will also be receiving a special goodie package!! Congrats, and thank you all!! I can't wait to see what you create this time, and I also want to wish you a
Happy New Year!!!

Challenge #3 Free For All

Hello all! Welcome to a new challenge here at Just Punch It! Since it is the end of the year, I decided to have a Free For All challenge. Make any punch art you would like! For my sample, I only used one oval punch to make my champagne glass. I trimmed a small extra piece for the stem of the glass. Very simple, but cute to give for New Years!
Here is a close up pic where you can see I colored in the glass with a marker.

Ok, so now onto the winners! Since there were only 3 entries, I am giving everyone a prize!! It is that time of giving after all! :) My random winner who will recieve the paper pad is #2 Emily!! And the other two will be receiving a goodie bag of twine and embellishments!! Thank you all for playing along!!
Now, here is the prize for this challenge, a 6x6 paper pad from Pink Paislee!
The runner up winner will win an assortment of 6x6 Coredinations paper.
So there you have it! Now go make some punch art!! :)

Santa

I wanted to share another card I made to go along with the current challenge of Christmas! I made this sweet Santa with a number of punches all from Stampin Up: Ornament, Scallop Oval, Petal, Owl Builder, Circle, and Oval punches. The patterned paper is from Jillibean Soup(the same paper as the prize!) and the card stock and embossing folder is from Stampin Up. There is still a few days left to enter the current challenge, so go get punching! Here is a close up of my Santa:

Challenge #1

Hello! And welcome to Just Punch It's very first challenge!!!! I am so excited to get this going and see what wonderful punch art you all create! The theme for the first challenge is to make a Fall/Thanksgiving project. Remember, punch art must be the focal point! And I want to see more than a punched label with a stamped sentiment please!! Here is what I created!
I kept this one simple by using a couple oval punches for the pie, a square punch for the window, and a border punch for the tablecloth. The table legs are also punches, but they are hidden a bit.
If you need some inspiration, please check out youtube and do a search on punch art. Or check out the gallery on Splitcoast Stampers and do a search on punch art. If you make something that someone else created please give them credit!!
This challenge will run for two weeks. The rules are over on the sidebar. And here are the prizes that I have for you! The Random winner will win a brand new 6x6 paper pad from Lawn Fawn!
And the winner I pick will win 12, 6x6 sheets of Coredinations card stock from Stampin' UP! in Gumball Green, Early Espresso, and Cherry Cobbler!

I can't wait to see what you create!!

Punch Art Lion

Hello there! Until the new challenge starts this Monday, I thought I would share a cute punch art lion I made today! With just a few punches, and a hand drawn mouth, I made him! To add a little dimension, I used foam squares on each layer. His eyes are enamel dots. So for those of you that are beginners, here is an idea for cute animals you could make! I will see you back here on Monday!
